Abstract
The purpose of the research is to improve student learning outcomes on the theme of 6 through the implementation of learning techniques Scramble. This research method used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) by implementing of learning techniques Scramble, which is implemented in two cycles in accordance with the flow chart of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. Each cycle consisted of two meetings that include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Subjects in this study were five grade students of SDN Dirgantara, the number of 52 students, consisting of 35 male and 17 female students. Based on the research that has been carried out, showing that the initial data or pre-cycle students learning outcomes seen from the daily tests theme 5, the average score of students reached 59,23, there were students who do not pass the study reached 52% and 48% of the complete study number of 52 students. First cycle test which was held on 17 March 2015, indicates that students learning outcomes in the first cycle reached an average value of 69,80, with 79% completeness criteria and have increased in the second cycle which was held on 19 March 2015, showed that learning outcomes of students in the second cycle reached an average value of 80,67, with 90% completeness criteria. This means that the acquisition of learning outcomes in the second cycle has reached an indicator of success is 80%. In addition, the average percentage of student activity also increased from the first cycle to the second cycle. The average percentage of students in the first cycle of activity that is 52% increase in the second cycle to 90%.the acquisition has reached a predetermined indicators of success that is equal to 80%. This study concluded that the implementation of techniques Scramble in thematic learning can improve students learning outcomes on theme 6 on fifth grade.
