Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know 1) science abilities of children aged 5-6 years in TK permatabundacikande 2) the learning process experimental method to develop science abilities of children aged 5-6 years in TK permatabunda. The research was conducted in may to june 2015. With research sites in TK permatabundacikande. Subjects in this study were children aged 5-6 years, amounting to 12 children. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data through observation, field notes, interviews and documentation.Data analysis using data reduction, persntation of data and conclusions.Data validation in done by the extension of observation, increased diligence studies, triangulation, checking member. Based on data analysis, stated that the ability of children aged 5-6 yearsof science in TK permatabundacikande well developed. . it can be observed from the 14 indicators of the ability of science which includes aspects ofscience as a process andas an attitude. Can also be observed during the learning process takes place mainly in the natural materials.When children do experiments.
