Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the program planning industry practices; describe the implementation of the program industry practice; and describe the evaluation of industrial work practices in a package of office administration skills in SMK Negeri 1 Kragilan. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive analytic approach. This research subject at SMK 1 Kragilan. The results showed: the planning practices of the industry working on competence Administrative expertise in SMK 1 Kragilan has to fulfill the standards required within an organization, as indicated by the presence of steps such as: 1) determine and formulate goals to be achieved, 2) examine problems or tasks to be performed, 3) collect data and information required , 4) determine the stages or course of action, 5) defines how the works will be completed, 6) evaluation process, and 7) determination of the necessary financing to support the activities. In the implementation of the industrial working practices in order to run properly and in order to maintain the quality, it is necessary to evaluate a system that is comprehensive and integrated. Holistic means should include all components of the stages from planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. Although in general the students' mastery of vocational competencies are in accordance with the needs of the workforce, but the conditions in SMK 1 Kragilan this evaluation system has not been completely worked well, there are late or not in accordance with the planned schedule

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan program praktek kerja industri; mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri; dan mendeskripsikan evaluasi praktek kerja industri pada paket keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kragilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Subjek penelitian ini di SMKN 1 Kragilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: perencanaan praktik kerja industri pada kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMKN 1Kragilan telah memenuhi kaidah-kaidah yang dipersyaratkan dalam sebuah organisasi, antara lain ditunjukkan dengan adanya langkah langkah seperti: 1) menentukan dan merumuskan tujuan yang hendak dicapai, 2) meneliti masalah-masalah atau pekerjaan- pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan, 3) mengumpulkan data-data dan informasi yang diperlukan, 4) menentukan tahap-tahap atau rangkaian tindakan, 5) merumuskan bagaimana pekerjaan-pekerjaan itu akan diselesaikan, 6) proses evaluasi, serta 7) penentuan pembiayaan yang dibutuhkan dalam menunjang kegiatan. Dalam pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri agar berjalan dengan baik serta dalam rangka menjaga mutu, diperlukan adanya sistem evaluasi yang bersifat menyeluruh dan terpadu. Bersifat menyeluruh berarti harus mencakup semua komponen tahapan mulai dari perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta evalusi. Walaupun secara umum penguasaan kompetensi kejuruan para siswa sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, namun kondisi di SMKN 1 Kragilan sistem evaluasi ini belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik, masih ada yang terlambat atau tidak sesuai dengan jadual yang telah direncanakan. | |||||||||
