Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Stress, Discipline Preventive and Corrective Discipline on the performance of employees at PT. United Surya Agung. The variable used is Work Stress (X1), the Preventive Discipline (X2), and Corrective Discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y). The samples used were 62 respondents, calculated using census and methods of data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficient were performed using SPSS 20.0. Based on the analysis using SPSS 20 is known that multiple regression equation Y = 1.416 + 0.008 X1 + 0.111 X2 + 0.872 X3 + e Rated coefficient of correlation (R) = 1000 which means that there is a relationship strong and significant correlation between Job stress, Preventive and Corrective discipline discipline the Employee performance. And the results of the test F known that Fhitung> Ftabel (1,830,450.480 greater than 2.81) and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 then the regression model can be used to predict employee performance (Y) or said that Job Stress variable (X1) Discipline Preventive (X2), and Corrective Discipline (X3) jointly affect the variable Employee performance (Y).
