Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the performance that affects farmers in sub-distric Cibeber, Cilegon City, to switch into brik makers, 18 respondents were taken by usind descriptive method. The research took place at Bulakan Village since it is considered as a brick maker center in the area. The result shows that 1 respondent produces 7000 bricks, Rp300 per brick, which is the least with 3,954% on percentage, 9 respondent produce 8000-9000 bricks, Rp 300 per brick, which is the average with 5,084% on percentage, and the most productive brick makers, producing diversely between 10000-15000 bricks. The performance that affects farmers to switch into brick makers has various factors, including internal and external. Keywords: Performance, Briks makers, Switch Into, Farmers
