Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine: the relationship academic supervision of the superintendent of schools principals managerial competence; School superintendent relations academic supervision of the quality of teaching and teacher; relationship managerial competence principals of the quality of teaching and teacher; and relationships academic supervision of school supervisors and principals managerial competencies on the quality of teaching and teachers. This type of research is correlation research. Number of sample set 39 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed: There is a positive and significant relationship between academic supervision of the school superintendent managerial competence principals with correlation coefficient 0.840, coefficient of determination of 70.6% and the regression equation Y = 57.454 + 0,568X1. Thus, the better the academic supervision of school inspectors, it will better the managerial competence of the principal; There is a positive and significant relationship between academic supervision of school inspectors of the quality of teachers teaching with correlation coefficient 0.691, coefficient of determination of 47.7% and the regression equation Y = 86.821 + 0,168X1. Thus, the better the academic supervision of school inspectors, it will better the quality of teaching and teacher; There is a positive and significant relationship between the principal managerial competencies on the quality of teaching and teacher with correlation coefficient 0.663, coefficient of determination 43.9%, and the regression equation Y = 78.191 + 0,239X2. Thus, the better the managerial competence of principal, it will better the quality of teaching and teacher; There is a positive and significant relationship between academic supervision of school supervisors and principals managerial competencies on the quality of teaching and teacher with correlation coefficient 0.707, coefficient of determination of 50% and the regression equation Y = 81.002 + 0,110X1 + 0,101X2. Thus, the better the academic supervision of the school superintendent and the principal managerial competence, it will better the quality of teaching and teachers

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dengankompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,840, koefisien determinasi 70,6% dan persamaan regresinya Y = 57,454 + 0,568X1.
