Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the relationship of the academic supervision and participation of teachers follow KKG either individually or together with the professionalism of elementary school teachers in UPTD Basic education Grogol Cilegon City. This research is a quantitative field Correlational, with survey research methods. This research was conducted at the elementary school UPTD Basic education Grogol area Cilegon city with population of all teachers in group 1 and 2 and a total sample of 128 teachers drawn at random (random sampling). The analysis used is multiple correlation analysis. The results showed; 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between academic supervision supervisor with professionalism of teachers in Primary Education Unit Grogol Cilegon with a correlation value of of 0.433. This is evident from the Sig <value α (0.000 <0.05) and tcount> t table (5,398> 1,979). 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between the participation of teachers follow KKG with professionalism of teachers in Primary Education Unit Grogol Cilegon with a correlation value of of 0.401. This is evident from the Sig <value α (0.000 <0.05) and tcount> t table (4.908> 1.979). 3) There is a positive and significant relationship of the academic supervision and participation of teachers' supervisors follow KKG together with the professionalism of teachers in Primary Education Unit Grogol Cilegon with a correlation value of of 0.491. This is evident from the value of F count> F table (19 804> 19.488). Based on the value of R Square obtained jointly academic supervision and participation of teachers' supervisors follow KKG contributed 24.1% to the professionalism of teachers in Primary Education Unit Grogol Cilegon city, and the remaining 75.9% of professionalism of teachers in Primary Education UPTD Kota Grogol Cilegon is the contribution of other factors beyond the academic supervision and participation of teachers' supervisors follow KKG.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hubungan persepsi guru terhadap supervisi akademik dan partisipasi guru mengikuti KKG baik secara individu ataupun secara bersamasama dengan profesionalisme guru Sekolah Dasar di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kuantitatif Korelasional, dengan metode penelitian survey. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar wilayah UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon dengan populasi seluruh guru yang berada di gugus 1 dan 2 dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 128 guru yang diambil secara acak (random sampling). Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan; 1) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Supervisi akademik pengawas dengan Profesionalisme guru di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar sebesar 0,433. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai Sig < nilai α (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai thitung > ttabel (5.398 > 1,979). 2) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Partisipasi guru mengikuti KKG dengan Profesionalisme guru di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar sebesar 0,401. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai Sig < nilai α (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai thitung > ttabel (4,908 > 1,979). 3) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik pengawas dan partisipasi guru mengikuti KKG secara bersama-sama dengan Profesionalisme guru di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar sebesar 0,491. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (19.804 > 19,488). Berdasarkan nilai R Square didapatkan secara bersama-sama supervisi akademik pengawas dan partisipasi guru mengikuti KKG memberikan kontribusi sebesar 24,1% terhadap profesionalisme guru di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon, dan sisanya sebesar 75,9% profesionalisme guru di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Grogol Kota Cilegon merupakan kontribusi dari faktor-faktor lain diluar supervisi akademik pengawas dan partisipasi guru mengikuti KKG. | |||||||||
