Abstract
The aim of this research was to determine: 1) The relationship between the competence with the performance of the school supervisor in Serang city education authorities; 2) The relationship between the work ethos with the performance of the school supervisor in Serang city education authorities; 3) The relationship between competence and work ethos together with the performance of the school supervisor in the State education authorities Serang. Type this study is the correlation of research. Total sample set 22 school supervisors. This study use questionnaires as technique of collecting data. The results showed: 1) there is a positive relationship between competences with the performance of the school supervisor in Serang city education authorities. 2) there is positive relationship between the work ethos with the performance of the school supervisor in Serang city education authorities. 3) there is a positive relationship between competence and work ethos together with the performance of the school supervisor in Serang city education authorities

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Hubungan antara kompetensi dengan kinerja pengawas sekolah di lingkungan dinas pendidikan Kota Serang; 2) Hubungan antara etos kerja dengan kinerja pengawas sekolah di lingkungan dinas pendidikan Kota Serang; 3) Hubungan antara kompetensi dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja pengawas sekolah di lingkungan dinas pendidikan Kota Serang.Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditetapkan 22 pengawas sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) terdapat hubungan positif antara kompetensi dengan kinerja pengawas sekolah di lingkungan dinas pendidikan Kota Serang. 2) tersapat hubungan positif antara etos kerja dengan kinerja pengawas sekolah di lingkungan dinas pendidikan Kota Serang. 3) terdapat hubungan positif antara kompetensi dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja pengawas sekolah di lingkungan dinas pendidikan Kota Serang. | |||||||||
