Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: the relationship of managerial skills of school principals on learning outcomes; relation teacher performance on learning outcomes; relationship management skills principals on teacher performance; and relationship management skills of school principals and teachers' performance on learning outcomes. This type of research is correlational research. Number of sample set 9 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed: There is a positive and significant relationship between the principal managerial skills to the learning outcomes with correlation coefficient 0.710, coefficient of determination of 50.4% and the regression equation Y = 64.967 + 0,156X1. Thus, the better the managerial skills of principals, it will better the learning outcomes. There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher performance on learning outcomes with correlation coefficient 0.814, coefficient of determination of 66.3% and the regression equation Y = 52.484 + 0,321X1. Thus, the higher the performance of the teacher, then the higher the learning outcomes. There is a positive and significant relationship between the managerial skills of principals on teacher performance with correlation coefficient 0.731, coefficient of determination of 53.5% and the regression equation Y = 43.447 + 0,409X1. Thus, the better the managerial skills of principals, it will be the better teacher performance. There is a positive and significant relationship between the managerial skills of principals and teacher performance on learning outcomes with correlation coefficient 0.831, coefficient of determination of 69.1% and the regression equation Y = 54.093 + 0,054X1 + 0,250X2. Thus, the better the managerial skills of principals and teacher performance, it will better the learning outcomes.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: hubungan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap hasil belajar; hubungan kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar; hubungan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; dan hubungan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditetapkan 9 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan hasil ujian tengah semester. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,710, koefisien determinasi 50,4% dan persamaan regresinya Y = 64.967 + 0,156X1. Dengan demikian, semakin baik keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, maka akan semakin baik pula hasil belajarnya. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,814, koefisien determinasi 66,3% dan persamaan regresinya Y = 52.484 + 0,321X1. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi kinerja guru, maka akan semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,731, koefisien determinasi 53,5% dan persamaan regresinya Y = 43.447 + 0,409X1. Dengan demikian, semakin baik keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, maka akan semakin baik pula kinerja guru. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,831, koefisien determinasi 69,1% dan persamaan regresinya 54.093 + 0,054X1 + 0,250X2. Dengan demikian, semakin baik keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru, maka akan semakin baik pula hasil belajar.
