Abstract
Rima Dhana Fitriani NIM 6661110177. Skripsi. Implementasi Program Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Permukiman di Kecamatan Kasemen. Konsentrasi Kebijakan Publik Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Pembimbing I: Dr. Gandung Ismanto, MM Pembimbing II: Kandung Sapto Nugroho, S.sos,M.Si Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini yaitu Program Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Permukiman, belum baiknya infrastruktur jalan, belum meratanya pembangunan drainase, kurangnya sosialisasi dan koordinasi pihak PU dengan Masyarakat sehingga pembangunan yang dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Program Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Permukiman. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat Implementasi Program Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Permukiman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah Masyarakat di Kecamatan Kasemen. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Implementasi George C. Edward III. Dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan uji hipotesis t-test satu sampel. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa tingkat Implementasi Program Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Permukiman berjalan baik, karena hasil perhitungan diperoleh 73,89% dari angka minimal 65%. Yang artinya Implementasi Program Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Permukiman sudah cukup baik walaupun masih ada hal yang harus dibenahi. Saran peneliti untuk mencapai tingkat implementasi program Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Permukiman yang signifikan dengan cara tim pelaksana program memberikan perhatian yang lebih terhadap wilayah yang perlu dalam pembenahan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan terutama di wilayah kecamatan kasemen, pemerataan pembangunan seperti pembangunan drainase, dan pemberian sosialisasi dan koordinasi yang intens terhadap masyarakat dalam kaitannya program P4-IP. The focus of this research is the Implementation of Program of Acceleration and Expansion of Settlement Infrastructure Development. The purpose of this research is to know the level of Implementation of Program of Acceleration and Expansion of Settlement Infrastructure Development. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The subject of research is Community in Kasemen Sub District. The theory used in this research is the theory of Implementation George C. Edward III. In collecting data is by distributing questionnaires, observations, and interviews. In analyzing the data used hypothesis test t-test one sample. Based on the research that has been done shows that the level of Implementation Program Acceleration and Expansion of Infrastructure Development Settlement goes well. because the calculation results obtained 73.89% of the minimum 65%. Which means the Implementation of Program Acceleration and Expansion of Infrastructure Development Settlements are quite good although there are still things that must be addressed. The researcher's suggestion to achieve the implementation level of Program of Acceleration and Expansion of Infrastructure Development of the Settlement is significant with the way the program implementing team pay more attention to the areas that need to improve the development of road infrastructure especially in the district of kasemen, even distribution of development such as drainage development, and providing intensive socialization and coordination to the community in relation to the P4-IP program.
