Oman Supriadi, M.Si dan Pembimbing II: Dr. Arenawati, M.Si Pedagang Kaki Lima adalahpedagang yang menjualbarangataujasa di pinggirjalanatautempatumum. Usaha pedagangtersebutdilakukan di tempat-tempat yang dianggapstrategisdalamsuasana yang informal. Bahkanpedagang kaki lima, secaranyatamampumemberikanpelayananterhadapkebutuhanmasyarakat yang berpenghasilanrendah, sehinggadapatterciptasuatukondisipemerataanhasil-hasilpembangunan. Pedagang kaki lima juga tidakbersifattetapatauberpindah-pindahtempatberdagang dan banyakdarimerekamenggunakanlahanmilikmerekasendiriuntukberdagang. Penelitianinimenggunakanmetodekuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakanadalahkuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitianmenunjukanbahwaevaluasikebijakanpenataanpedagang kaki lima di Kawasan Masjid Agung Banten Lama secarakontinumdalamkategoribaik. Persentaseevaluasikebijakanpenataanpedagang kaki lima di Kawasan Masjid Agung Banten Lama sebesar 65%. Nilai persentasesebesar 65% tersebutmemperkuatpenerimaanhipotesisdalampenelitianiniyaitu Ha diterima dan H0 ditolakatauEvaluasiKebijakanPenataanPedagang Kaki Lima di Kawasan Masjid Agung Banten Lama Kota Seranglebihdari 60% yaknisebesar 65%. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Penataan, Pedagang Kaki Lima ABSTRACT Street vendors are traders who sell goods or services on the roadside or public places. The merchant's business is carried out in places that are considered strategic in an informal atmosphere. Even street vendors are actually able to provide services to the needs of people with low incomes, so that a condition of equitable distribution of development results can be created. Street vendors are also not permanent or changing places of trade and many of them use their own land for trading. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques used validity, reliability, normality, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the evaluation of the policy on the arrangement of street vendors in the Great Mosque of Banten Lama area was continuum in the good category. The percentage of policy evaluation of street vendors in the Great Mosque of Banten Lama area is 65%. The percentage value of 65% strengthens the acceptance of the hypothesis in this study, namely Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected or the Evaluation of Street Vendor Arrangement Policies in the Great Mosque of Banten Lama Serang City is more than 60%, which is 65%.
