Abstract
Peranan terhadap pemenuhan informasi bagi pegawai Pemeerintah kota Cilegon sangatlah penting. Tanpa adanya pemenuhan informasi bagi pegawai mengenai organisasi, maka tidak akan mungkin pegawai dapat melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya dengan baik. Kendala yang sering terjadi di Pemerintah Kota Cilegon adalah terhambatnya komunikasi yang terjalin dari pihak pegawai kepada pihak atasan. Oleh karena itu, organisasipun menciptakan media internal, yang disebut dengan “Tabloid Suara Mandiri”. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori uses and gratification, memposisikan khalayak sebagai individu yang memiliki kekuasaan dalam memilih media massa yang akan dikonsumsi berdasarkan kebutuhan masing-masing individu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh penyajian media internal terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan pegawai Pemerintah Kota Cilegon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian analisis korelasi yang dilakukan peneliti antara variabel x dan y menunjukan bahwa variabel x memiliki hubungan signifikan positif dengan dengan variabel y, yaitu sebesar 0,701 , maka sesuai dengan pedoman koefisien korelasi maka termasuk kategori hubungannya adalah kuat. Hasil output spss 15,00 menyatakan bahawa hubungan antara penyajian media internal terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan pegawai di Pemerintah Kota Cilegon memiliki hubungan yang kuat, signifikan dan memilki nilai positif. Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai t, maka dapat diketahui bahwa nilai thitung adalah 9,6. Sedangkan besar nilai ttabel adalah 0,167. Nilai 9,6 > 0,167, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penyajian media internal dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan pegawai. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh, Media Internal.

| Additional Information: | The role on compliance information for employees of the government Cilegon is very important. Without a compliance information for employees about organization, then it wouldn’t be possible the employees doing main tasks and their functions. The constraints that often happen in Cilegon government is hampered a communcation that involved from the employees againts boss. Therefore, the organization also created an internal media, then it called “Tabloid Suara Mandiri”. In this research, researcher using a uses and gratification theory, place an audience as individu that has a power at choose a mass media which will consumed based on individual needs. Research methode that used is quantitative methode that is assosiative. The purpose in this research is to know is there any effect in internal media presentation on satisfied level of information Cilegon government. Based in the result correlative analysis that doing by researcher between variable x and y is x variable has a good correlation with y variable, as much as 0,701, then according with the guidelines of the correlation coefficient it including the strong correlation category. The result of spss 15,00 state that the correlation between internal media presentation on satisfied level of government information in Cilegon has a strong correlation, significant and has a positive side. Based on calculating t value, can knew that thitung value is 9,6, and ttabel value is 0,167. A value 9,6 > 0,167, so that it can be concluded H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
