Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital and information technology on employee performance at Arjawinangun Regional General Hospital, Cirebon Regency, with training as a moderating variable. Employee performance is a crucial aspect of hospital operational effectiveness, influenced by human resource competence and the use of information technology in healthcare services. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to medical and non-medical personnel at Arjawinangun Regional General Hospital. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, specifically the snowball sampling method, with a total sample of 140 participants. Data analysis is conducted using PLS-SEM with Smart PLS 4.1.0.9 software. The results of this study indicate that human capital has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, information technology also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, training is proven to strengthen the relationship between human capital and employee performance. However, training weakens the relationship between information technology and employee performance.
