Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM), Servant Leadership, and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Performance. The sample in this study amounted to 88 respondents using the purposive sampling method. This research uses primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires and then analyzed using SPSS version 25. The research results show that Total Quality Management (TQM) has a significant positive effect on Organizational Performance, Servant Leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Performance, and Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect on Organizational Performance.

Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25.
