Abstract
This research aims to analyze the performance of Banten Province Regional Revenue Agency office employees. The independent variables consist of teamwork and work commitment. The dependent variable is the employee performance variable and the intervening variable is motivation. In this research, quantitative research methods were used with a descriptive approach. 65 employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Banten Province as a sample. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is filled out directly by the respondent. The analysis used to answer the hypothesis and problem formulation is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The research results show that teamwork has a negative effect on employee performance, work commitment has an effect on employee performance, teamwork has an effect on work motivation, work commitment has an effect on work motivation, work motivation has an effect on employee performance, motivation has an effect on the relationship between teamwork and employee performance, In other words, to improve employee performance, work motivation is needed. Work motivation influences the relationship between work commitment and employee performance, in other words, to improve employee performance, work motivation is needed.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pegawai kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Banten. Variabel bebas terdiri dari Kerjasama tim dan komitmen kerja. Variabel dependen adalah variabel kinerja pegawai dan variabel intervening adalah motivasi kerja. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. 65 pegawai Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Banten sebagai sampel. Metode pengimpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi langsung oleh responden. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis dan rumusan masalah adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kerjasama tim berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, Kerjasama tim berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi mempengaruhi hubungan anatara Kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan kata lain untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang dibutuhkan motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja mempengaruhi hubungan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan katan lain untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang dibutuhkan motivasi kerja. | |||||||||
