Abstract
Intense competition in the automotive segment has forced several companies to use various methods to increase sales and maintain their position as market leaders, one way is by using a promotional mix. The purpose of preparing this final assignment is to find out how to implement the promotional mix to increase sales and the obstacles at PT. Tunas Toyota Serang Branch. The method used is a descriptive method. The data collected consists of primary data obtained from PT marketing and sales marketing supervisors. Tunas Toyota Serang Branch, as well as secondary data taken from books, scientific journals, companies and the internet. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this final assignment show that the implementation of the promotional mix to increase sales at PT. Tunas Toyota Serang Branch by using advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing and personal selling. Key obstacles include limited advertising budgets, changing consumer behavior, and intense competition.

Additional Information: | Persaingan yang ketat di segmen otomotif membuat beberapa perusahaan melakukan berbagai cara untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan mempertahankan posisinya sebagai market leader, salah satu caranya yaitu dengan menggunakan bauran promosi. Tujuan dari penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Bauran Promosi Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan dan hambatannya di PT. Tunas Toyota Cabang Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh dari supervisor marketing dan sales marketing PT. Tunas Toyota Cabang Serang, serta data sekunder yang diambil dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, perusahaan, dan internet. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Tugas Akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Bauran Promosi Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan di PT. Tunas Toyota Cabang Serang dengan cara menggunakan periklanan, promosi penjualan, hubungan masyarakat, pemasaran langsung, dan penjualan personal. Hambatan utama meliputi keterbatasan anggaran periklanan, perubahan perilaku konsumen, dan persaingan yang ketat. | |||||||||
