Abstract
This study aimss to review the Cash on Delivery (COD) method in purchasing transactions via TikTok Live Streaming from an Islamic economic perspective. The research method is descriptive qualitative with an analytical approach. The discussion reveals that in the context of Islamic economics, Tiktok Live Streaming is an important aspect to consider. COD transactions are valid because payment is made after the goods are received, in accordance with the principles of the validity of Islamic transactions. An important focus of the seller's responsibility must be to ensure that the goods are as promised and that the buyer pays the price for the goods as agreed. Transparency is a crucial aspect to prevent fraud or abuse. Guarantee is an implementation of Islamic muamalah principles, namely justice, honesty and responsibility which gives the buyer the right to protest or return goods if they do not match specifications or the goods are defective. Khiyar rights in the COD system can reduce the risk of khiyar disgrace, the seller provides an accurate product description and honest during Live Streaming. Khiyar Rights provide a clear agreement between the buyer and seller regarding the time to return the goods and the limit for canceling the transaction. The buyer also has the right to inspect and ensure that the goods are free of defects. In this way, the right of khiyar provides a sense of security for those making transactions.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan terhadap metode Cash on Delivery (COD) dalam transaksi pembelian melalui Live Streaming TikTok dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analitis. Pembahasan mengungkapkan bahwa dalam konteks ekonomi Islam, pada Live Streaming Tiktok menjadi aspek penting untuk dipertimbangkan. Transaksi COD sah karena pembayaran dilakukan setelah barang diterima, sesuai prinsip keabsahan transaksi Islam. Fokus penting tanggung jawab penjual harus memastikan barang sesuai yang dijanjikan dan pembeli membayar harga barang sesuai kesepakatan. Transparansi menjadi aspek krusial untuk mencegah penipuan atau penyalahgunaan. Garansi sebagai implementasi prinsip muamalah islam yaitu keadilan, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab yang memberi hak pembeli untuk memprotes atau mengembalikan barang jika tidak sesuai spesifikasi atau barang cacat..Hak Khiyar dalam sistem COD dapat mengurangi resiko khiyar aib, penjual memberikan deskripsi produk yang akurat dan jujur selama Live Streaming. Hak Khiyar memberikan kesepakatan yang jelas antara pembeli dan penjual tentang waktu pengembalian barang dan batas pembatalan transaksi. Pembeli juga memiliki hak untuk memeriksa dan memastikan barang tidak ada cacat. Dengan demikian hak khiyar memberikan rasa aman bagi mereka yang bertransaksi. | |||||||||
