Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of employee involvement, customer focus, and continuous improvement at PT. JNE Tangerang Agent Branch. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research collects data based on questionnaires, literature studies and observations. The population in this study were employees of PT. JNE Branch Agent Tangerang aged 20 -40 years and a sample of 75 respondents using convenience sampling. The data analysis methods used are the Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Correlation Coefficient Test, Determination Coefficient Test with the SPSS version 23 analysis tool. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan, fokus pada pelanggan, dan perbaikan berkesinambungan pada PT. JNE Cabang Agent Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi. Penelitian ini melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan kuesioner, studi kepustakaan serta observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. JNE Cabang Agent Tangerang yang berusia 20 - 40 tahun dan sampel sebanyak 75 responden dengan penarikan convenience sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, dan Uji Koefisien korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi dengan alat analisis SPSS versi 23.
