Abstract
This research aims to (1) determine the implementation of the MBKM program in the Non-Formal Education Department, FKIP Untirta. (2) the effectiveness of the MBKM program in the Non-Formal Education Department, FKIP Untirta. (3) an overview of students' work readiness after participating in the MBKM program at the Non-Formal Education Department, FKIP Untirta. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data source used is secondary data from interviews with 28 informants, and secondary data in this research is in the form of archives or other relevant documentation, such as documents and photographs documenting the research. The data analysis technique uses 3 stages, namely data reduction, data display, and finally conclusion and verification. The results of this research show that (1) the implementation of the MBKM program in the PNF Untirta department is in line with existing indicators and has been implemented as it should. (2) The effectiveness of the MBKM program has been said to be effective based on appropriate understanding of the program, appropriate timelines, achievement of appropriate goals, and appropriate real changes. (3) the work readiness of students in the PNF Untirta department while participating in the MBKM program is said to be effective based on the acquisition of mastery of knowledge, mastery of work attitudes and mastery of skills by students while students participate in MBKM program activities. | Additional Information: | Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan program MBKM di Jurusan Pendidikan Non Formal FKIP Untirta. (2) efektivitas program MBKM di Jurusan Pendidikan Non Formal FKIP Untirta. (3) gambaran kesiapan kerja mahasiswa setelah mengikuti program MBKM di Jurusan Pendidikan Non Formal FKIP Untirta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari hasil wawancara bersama 28 informan, serta data sekunder dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa arsip atau dokumentasi lain yang relevan, seperti dokumen-dokumen dan foto-foto dokumentasi saat penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan terakhir kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan program MBKM di jurusan PNF Untirta sudah selaras dengan indikator yang ada dan sudah dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya. (2) efektivitas program MBKM sudah dikatakan efektif dilihat berdasarkan pemahaman program yang sudah sesuai, ketetapan waktu yang sudah sesuai, tercapainya tujuan yang sudah sesuai, dan perubahan nyata yang sudah sesuai. (3) kesiapan kerja mahasiswa di jurusan PNF Untirta selama mengikuti program MBKM dikatakan efektif dilihat berdasarkan didapatkannya penguasaan pengetahuan, penguasaan sikap kerja dan penguasaan keterampilan oleh mahasiswa selama mahasiswa mengikuti kegiatan program MBKM.
