Abstract

Transportation is used to facilitate humans in carrying out their daily activities. Along with this, there are many modes of transportation that can be used by the general public as a means of mass transportation to support the needs of the community. One of the mass transportation modes in Tangerang City is the presence of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) which aims to meet the needs of the community. However, since its launch in 2020 BRT Corridor 3 still has a number of red marks, for this reason it is necessary to analyze the level of satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Corridor 3 passengers and to determine the level of service user satisfaction with the performance of Tangerang City Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) services as a means of mass transportation in corridor 3 with the Tangerang City Mall - CBD Ciledug route using the IPA method. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of respondents 73% are female with the majority of respondents 43% aged ≤20 years, 39% aiming for school/college, the last education 45% high school/equivalent with 49% average monthly income <Rp. 500 thousand, 48% of respondents reasoned that they used BRT because it was more economical with 50% of the frequency of trips in 1 week 1-2 times, 64% of respondents traveled during weekdays, 51% owned motorized vehicles, some users used motorbikes and walked to get to BRT stops/shelters and also used online transportation and walked when leaving BRT stops/shelters. The level of user satisfaction is still low with an average percentage of conformity level of 59.99% of what is regulated in Permenhub No.10 of 2012 and Permenhub No.27 of 2015.

Additional Information: Transportasi digunakan untuk memudahkan manusia dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Beriringan dengan hal tersebut, ada banyak moda transportasi yang dapat digunakan oleh khalayak ramai sebagai sarana transportasi massal untuk menunjang kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satu moda transportasi massal yang ada di Kota Tangerang adalah hadirnya Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Namun, sejak diluncurkan pada 2020 BRT Koridor 3 masih menorehkan sejumlah nilai merah, untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis tingkat kepuasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui karakteristik penumpang Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Koridor 3 serta mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap kinerja pelayanan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Kota Tangerang sebagai alat transportasi massal di koridor 3 dengan rute Tangerang City Mall – CBD Ciledug menggunakan metode IPA. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden 73% berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan mayoritas responden 43% berusia ≤20 tahun, 39% bertujuan untuk sekolah/kuliah, pendidikan terakhir 45% SMA/Sederajat dengan 49% rata-rata pendapatan perbulan <RP. 500 Ribu, 48% responden beralasan menggunakan brt karena lebih hemat dengan 50% frekuensi perjalanan dalam 1 minggu 1-2 kali, responden 64% bepergian saat hari kerja (weekday), 51% kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor, sebagian penggunanya menggunakan sepeda motor dan berjalan kaki untuk menuju halte/shelter BRT dan juga menggunakan angkutan online serta berjalan kaki saat meninggalkan halte/Shelter BRT. Tingkat kepuasan pengguna masih rendah dengan persentase rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 59,99% dari yang diatur dalam Permenhub No.10 Tahun 2012 dan Permenhub No.27 Tahun 2015.
