Abstract
PT. Sentral Teknik Sentosa is a company engaged in the workshop for the production of nuts and bolts. In making nuts and bolts, workers must have a good level of speed, accuracy, and consistency and have a great responsibility in order to provide the best results for the customer. However, when carrying out their work, workers can experience errors due to work fatigue. Therefore, researchers conducted a study to find out how much mental and physical workload was using the Bourdon Wiersma and cardiovascular load (CVL) methods. Bourdon wiersma is a method of measuring workload objectively to determine the level of mental loading on jobs that require high accuracy, speed and consistency as well as for jobs that are monotonous. Cardiovascular Load (CVL) is a comparison of the increase in heart rate to the maximum heart rate and classification of workload based on the increase in working heart rate compared to the maximum heart rate expressed in cardiovascular load (% CVL). The results that have been obtained are the percentage of Bourdon Wiersma in 3 job desks, namely the average before work is in the quite good category and after work is in the moderate or moderately tired category and the largest average %CVL is for operators at 63%.

| Additional Information: | PT. Sentral Teknik Sentosa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perbengkelan produksi mur dan baut. Dalam pembuatan mur dan baut, pekerja harus memiliki tingkat kecepatan, ketelitian, dan konstansi yang baik dan memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar demi memberikan hasil terbaik untuk customer. Namun saat melalukan pekerjaannya, pekerja dapat mengalami kesalahan akibat kelelahan kerja. Maka dari itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar beban kerja mental dan fisik menggunakan metode Bourdon Wiersma dan Cardiovascular Load (CVL). Bourdon wiersma adalah suatu metode pengukuran beban kerja secara objektif untuk mengetahui tingkat pembebanan secara mental pada pekerjaan yang memerlukan ketelitian, kecepatan dan konstansi yang tinggi maupun untuk pekerjaan yang bersifat monoton. Cardiovascular Load (CVL) adalah perbandingan peningkatan denyut nadi dengan denyut nadi maksimum dan klasifikasi beban kerja berdasarkan peningkatan denyut nadi kerja yang dibandingkan dengan denyut nadi maksimum yang dinyatakan dalam beban kardiovaskular (% CVL). Hasil yang telah didapat adalah persentase bourdon wiersma pada 3 jobdesk yaitu rata-rata sebelum bekerja berkategori cukup baik dan setelah bekerja berkategori cukup atau lelah sedang dan rata-rata %CVL yang terbesar ada pada operator sebesar 63%. | |||||||||
