Abstract

NIM. 6662092189 “Strategi Komunikasi Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya (Studi Program Pengobatan Masal Warga Lingkungan Lijajar, Kelurahan Tegal Ratu, Kecamatan Ciwandan, Cilegon-Banten)” Penerapan strategi komunikasi yang efektif sangat penting bagi keberhasilan program Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya pada kegiatan pengobatan masal di lingkungan Lijajar, Kelurahan Tegal Ratu, Kecamatan Ciwandan, Kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten. Oleh karena itu, masalahnya yang diteliti adalah bagaimana strategi komunikasi dalam program (CSR) PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya pada kegiatan pengobatan masal warga lingkungan Lijajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang meliputi komunikator menyampaikan pesan, isi pesan, pola komunikasi, media, dan efek dari program (CSR) PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya pada kegiatan pengobatan masal warga lingkungan Lijajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menekankan khususnya pada makna dari suatu peristiwa yang diamati dan informasi yang diperoleh tentang strategi komuniksasi dalam program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya pada pengobatan masal masyarakat lingkungan Lijajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori manajemen hubungan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi komunikasi program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya pada kegiatan pengobatan masal warga lingkungan Lijajar, Kecamatan Ciwandan komunikator menyampaikan pesan secara jelas; isi pesan yang sistematis, menarik, dan sesuai dengan kepentingan masyarakat sehingga masyarakat lingkungan Lijajar berminat, berhasrat, dan berkeputusan mengikuti atau melakukan program kegiatan tersebut; menggunaan pola komunikasi seperti pola informatif, pola persuasif, pola kolaboratif, pola simpatik, dan pola empatik; media yang luwes dan bervariasi; sehingga memberikan output yang baik berupa respon positif, hasil kegiatan yang cukup memuaskan, dan penilaian masyarakat yang baik. Dengan demikian strategi komuniaksi program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya pada kegiatan pengobatan masal warga lingkungan Lijajar, Kecamatan Ciwandan dapat dinilai efektif. Kata-kata kunci: metode deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif, strategi komunikasi, teori manajement hubungan, CSR, pola, pesan, media, dan efek.

Therefore, the problem is how strategy of communication of the PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program in Mass Medicinal Treatment Activity at Lijajar, Tegal Ratu Village, District of Ciwandan. This research intends to know strategy of communication that communicators deliver the message, the message content, communication patterns, media, and effects of the PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program in Mass Medicinal Treatment Activity at Lijajar, Tegal Ratu Village, District of Ciwandan. The research method that used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. It emphasized on the meaning of observed events and information of strategy of communication of the PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program in Mass Medicinal Treatment Activity at Lijajar, Tegal Ratu Village, District of Ciwandan. This study uses therelationship management theory. The Conclusions of the research finding is that strategy of communication of the PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program in Mass Medicinal Treatment Activity at Lijajar, Tegal Ratu Village, District of Ciwandan uses patterns of communication such informative patterns, patterns persuasive, collaborative patterns, patterns of sympathetic and empathic pattern; the use of systematic message that is interesting and hoped by the society so that the Lijajar people have attention, interest, and decision to follow or participate on the PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program in Mass Medicinal Treatment Activity; the use of flexible and varieties media and good output such as positive respond, satisfied result and good evaluation of the society. Therefore, strategy of communication of the PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program in Mass Medicinal Treatment Activity at Lijajar, Tegal Ratu Village, District of Ciwandan is effective.
