Abstract
Information and communication technology infrastructure is a factor in the gap between urban and rural areas. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2021 there are 49.30 percent of individuals who use the internet in the regions while there are 71.81 percent in urban areas (BPS, 2021). In breaking the gap between rural and urban areas, digital villages are present as one of the hopes with the incessant creation of village information system websites to be used in providing information and services to rural communities. However, in its implementation there are many obstacles such as what Pasir Ampo Village experienced. This research was conducted in Pasir Ampo Village, Kresek District, Tangerang Regency. The aim was to find out the success factors of the Pasir Ampo SDD information system. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study were the people of Pasir Ampo Village, Kresek District, Tangerang Regency, aged 17 years and over, totaling 6034 people. Sampling was carried out using the accidental method. Data collection was carried out by collecting supporting data from the village office and distributing questionnaires. Meanwhile, when processing data, the authors tested the validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results obtained are acceptance of the working hypothesis, which means that the use of the Smart Village Digital (SDD) self-service information system in Pasir Ampo, Kresek District, Tangerang Regency, has been successfully implemented and is beneficial to the community. The results of the hypothesis test show that t count > t table, namely 240.974 > 1.966344. Keywords: Information System, Success, Smart Village, Smart Service.

| Additional Information: | Infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadi salah satu faktor kesenjangan antara kawasan perkotaan dan perdesaan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada tahun 2021 terdapat 49,30 persen individu yang menggunakan internet di daerah sedangkan terdapat 71,81 persen di daerah perkotaan (BPS,2021). Dalam memutus kesenjangan antara perdesaan dan perkotaan desa digital hadir sebagai salah satu harapan dengan gencarnya pembuatan website sistem informasi desa untuk digunakan dalam pemberian informasi dan layanan kepada masyarakat desa. Namun dalam penerapannya terdapat banyak kendala seperti yang Desa Pasir Ampo rasakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Pasir Ampo Kecamatan Kresek, Kabupaten Tangerang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor kesuksesan sistem informasi SDD Pasir Ampo. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Pasir Ampo Kecamatan Kresek Kabupaten Tangerang yang berusia 17 tahun keatas yang berjumlah 6034 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode accidental. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui pengumpulan data pendukung dari kantor desa dan penyebaran angket. Sementara saat pengolahan data, penulis melakukan pengujian pada uji validitas, uji reabilitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, hasil yang didapatkan adalah penerimaan hipotesis kerja yang artinya penggunaan sistem informasi layanan mandiri Smart Desa Digital (SDD) Pasir Ampo Kecamatan Kresek Kabupaten Tangerang sukses diterapkan dan bermanfaat untuk masyarakat.
