Abstract
A research investigation is needed to assess time management in the development of the entrepreneurship boarding school project in Lebak Regency, Banten. This necessity arises due to scheduling delays and alterations in the planned construction of the clinic building, originally intended to be a 2-storey structure but subsequently modified to a single-storey facility. The main focus of the discussion lies in the scheduling of the clinic building, cafeteria building, and external infrastructure of the boarding school using the CPM, PERT, and PDM methods, employing Microsoft Project software as the application tool. This research aims to investigate the implementation of scheduling using the Critical Path Method (CPM) in the construction of the clinic building, To investigate the application of scheduling using the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) in the construction of the clinic building, cafeteria building, and external infrastructure of the entrepreneurship boarding school (water supply and electricity network) in Lebak Regency. Additionally, to examine the implementation of scheduling using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) in the construction of the clinic building, cafeteria building, and external infrastructure of the entrepreneurship boarding school (water supply and electricity network) in Lebak Regency. The results of the time scheduling research on the cafeteria building construction project using the CPM method indicated a duration of 132 days, while the clinic building had a duration of 65 days. The time scheduling of the cafeteria building construction project using the PERT method yielded a duration of 134 days, while the clinic building had a duration of 73 days. The time scheduling of the cafeteria building construction project using the PDM method resulted in a duration of 41 days, while the clinic building had a duration of 59 days.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan penjadwal waktu menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) pembangunan gedung klinik, untuk mengetahui penerapan penjadwal waktu menggunakan metode program evaluation and review technique (PERT) pembanguann gedung klinik, gedung kantin dan prasarana luar pesantren (pengadaan air bersih dan jaringan listrik) entrepeneurship kabupaten lebak, untuk mengetahui penerapan penjadwalan waktu menggunakan metode precedence diagram method (PDM) pembangunan gedung klinik, gedung kantin dan prasarana luar pesantren (pengadaan air bersih, dan jaringan listrik) enterepeneurship kabupaten lebak. Hasil dari penelitian penjadwalan waktu pada proyek pembangunan gedung kantin menggunakan metode CPM memiliki waktu 132 hari, sedangkan gedung klinik memiliki waktu 65 hari.
