Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : ( 1 ) mengembangkan desain pelatihan efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan Kepala Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Serang , ( 2 ) mengetahui kelayakan desain pelatihan , dan ( 3 ) mengetahui efektivitas desain pelatihan . Pengembangan desain pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tujuh langkah utama yang diadaptasi dari model model ADDIE ( Analysis , Design . Development , Implementation , Evaluation ) , meliputi : analisis kebutuhan , pengembangan produk awal , validasi ahli , revisi produk , uji coba terbatas , uji lapangan , dan penentuan produk akhir . Produk akhir dari penelitian pengembangan adalah desain pelatihan efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah dasar dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk buku panduan . Analisis kesenjangan kompetensi pada dimensi kewirausahaan menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Serang membutuhkan pelatihan dengan materi unit produksi dan jasa . Hasil validasi media diperoleh nilai rata - rata 4.1 , yang artinya desain ini layak dikembangkan . Hasil validasi materi diperoleh nilai rata - rata 4.8 , yang artinya materi pada desain ini sangat layak digunakan . Tes formatif berupa pre - test dan post - test digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas desain . Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan taraf signifikansi 0.006 untuk aspek pengetahuan dan 0.000 untuk aspek sikap yang artinya desain ini efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar

| Additional Information: | This study aims to : ( 1 ) develop effective training designs to enhance the entrepreneurila competencies of primary school principals in Serang District , ( 2 ) determine the feasibility of training designs , and ( 3 ) determine the effectiveness of training designs . The design development in this study consists of seven main steps adapted from the ADDIE model ( Analysis , Design . Development , Implementation , Evaluation ) , includes : needs analysis , initial product development , expert validation , product revision , limited trial , field testing , and the final product determination . The final product of this development research is an effective training design to enhance the entrepreneurial competencies of primary school principals with a participatory approach presented in the form of a guidebook . Training needs analysis showed that entrepreneurial competence has the highest gap between actual and ideal conditions so that it becomes a priority for which training designs will be developed . The results of the media validation obtained an average value of 4.1 , which means that this design is feasible to be developed . The results of the material validation obtained an average value of 4.8 which means that the material in this design is suitable for use . Formative tests in the form of pre - test and post - test were used to measure the effectiveness of the design . The results of statistical tests showed a significance level for cognitive is about 0.006 and 0.000 for affective ( both under 0.05 ) which means that this design was effective in improving learning outcomes .
