Abstract

Batik is one of the cultural assets that must be preserved because it plays animportant role in the local economy. At the PT. Batik Banten there are risks inevery activity of the supply chain, so should receive appropriate treatment due tothe risks that arise can make the supply chain activities are not going well.Activity supply chain PT. Batik Banten consists of the purchase of raw materials, the production process, the distribution process, and the sales process. Thepurpose of this study is identifying the risks that arise in the supply chain ofproducts Batik Banten, thendetermine the critical risks in the supply chain ofproducts Batik Banten and proposes a risks management strategy at critical risk. The method used to analyze the risk is integration of AHP (Analytical HierarchyProcess) and FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis) todetermine the value of the RPN (Risk Priority Number) based on the weight value/WRPN (Weighted Risk Priority Number). Based on interviews with commissionersBatik Banten then obtained of the 24 variables of risk. From the calculation of thecritical value obtained three risks that must be handled that supplier poor qualitywith WRPN value21.6973, volatile customer demandwith WRPN value15.7580,and variability in production processwith WRPN value9.0452.For the proposedrisk management strategy recommended that evaluating the performance ofsuppliers, predicting demand based on historical data of sales and performquality control in the production process
