Pengaruh Iklim Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Banten. Pembiming I: Rahmawati, S.Sos., M.Si dan Pembimbing II: Anis Fuad, S.Sos., M.Si Fokus penelitian ini adalah pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Banten. Dengan rumusan masalah yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor wilayah kementerian agama provinsi banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Banten sebanyak 195 orang. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh, yakni pengambilan sampel dengan cara menjadikan seluruh anggota populasi menjadi sampel atau sering disebut juga sebagai penelitian populasi atau sensus. Untuk menganalisa data menggunakan metode korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan skor yang didapat dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Banten, dengan koefisien korelasi yang didapat sebesar 0,776 yang termasuk kategori kuat dengan taraf kesalahan 5 %. Dengan demikian, pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Banten sebesar 60,2 % dan sisanya 39,8 % dipengaruhi oleh factor lain. The method used in the study is a causal. The population in this study is the employee of the provincial office of the ministry of region of Banten province as many 195 people. Samples used are saturated samples, ie sampling by making all members of the population into a sample or often referred to as a study population or census. To analyze data using product moment. Based on the score obtained from the result of research showed that there is a significant influence between the organizational climate on the performance of employees of the regional office of the ministry of region Banten province, with a correlation coefficient of 0,776 which is categorized strong with a significant 5 % error rate. Thus, the influence of organizational climate on the performance of employees of the regional office of the ministry of region Banten province of 60,2 % and the remaining 39,8 % influenced by other factors.
