Abstract

Abstract: The activities of the PKK (Family Empowerment and Welfare) movement emphasize the principles of community empowerment and participation through family empowerment. This activity aims to identify and analyze the participation and contribution of 20 PKK cadres and administrators to the synergy in the Cilegon City community, especially in Jombang District, Cilegon City, Banten Province. The method used is in the form of socialization and training using descriptive qualitative research methods that are explorative in order to obtain conclusions from the data obtained and analyzed for the next process is to develop criteria from the general description of the institution as the object of research. The results achieved showed a 92% increase in the role of PKK administrators and cadres in the community economy in Jombang District, Cilegon City towards improving the community's economy with increasing indicators obtained from knowledge and skills in order to prepare PKK cadres through entrepreneurship. Another result is an increase in the knowledge and skills that have been obtained by PKK cadres which are useful for solving various problems faced in daily life, especially in developing the business of PKK cadres to increase family income.
