	bibo:abstract "Kemampuan berbicara di depan umum (public speaking) merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja dan kehidupan sosial. Namun, tidak semua individu memiliki kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif. Pelatihan dengan pendekatan coaching 1-on-1 hadir sebagai solusi untuk membantu peserta mengembangkan kompetensi komunikasi secara personal dan terarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelatihan Public Speaking dengan metode coaching 1-on-1 yang diselenggarakan oleh Lembaga Pelatihan Bravespeakers, menganalisis hasil perubahan kompetensi komunikasi peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam proses pelatihan tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pelatih (coach) dan peserta pelatihan coaching 1-on-1 di Bravespeakers. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelatihan dilakukan secara individual dan fleksibel, disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta. Pelatih menggunakan metode praktik langsung, simulasi, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek verbal, vokal, dan visual komunikasi peserta, terutama dalam hal kepercayaan diri, penguasaan materi, serta kemampuan ekspresi. Faktor pendukung utama adalah intensitas interaksi dan personalisasi pelatihan, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan waktu latihan dan ketegangan awal peserta."^^xsd:string;
