Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh variasi konsentrasi Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) dan temperatur terhadap persen ekstraksi Sn dari residu DOB melalui metode leaching. Karakterisasi awal dilakukan menggunakan XRF, XRD, dan ICP-OES, sedangkan kandungan Sn dalam filtrat hasil leaching dianalisis menggunakan ICP-OES dan Spektroskopi Raman. Proses leaching dilakukan dengan variasi konsentrasi HCl 4 M, 5 M, dan 6 M serta temperatur 70°C, 80°C, dan 90°C pada rasio padat/cair 0,10 g/mL, kecepatan pengadukan 400 rpm, dan waktu 120 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi HCl dan temperatur berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi ekstraksi Sn, dengan kondisi optimum diperoleh pada konsentrasi HCl 4-5 M dan temperatur 70–80°C yang menghasilkan persen ekstraksi tertinggi sebesar 63,636%. Peningkatan konsentrasi HCl yang terlalu tinggi seperti 6M dan temperatur yang terlalu tinggi di atas 80°C dapat menyebabkan penurunan ekstraksi Sn.
