      "note": "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Total Belanja Pemerintah\r\n(TGS), Belanja Modal Pemerintah (CGS), Belanja Operasional Pemerintah (OGS),\r\ndan Kepadatan Penduduk (PD) terhadap performa makro wilayah di Indonesia,\r\nmeliputi pertumbuhan ekonomi, kemiskinan, pengangguran, ketimpangan\r\npendapatan, dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (HDI). Metode yang digunakan\r\nadalah estimasi data panel dengan pendekatan GMM pada periode tertentu.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja operasional pemerintah\r\n(OGS) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sementara\r\ntotal belanja pemerintah (TGS) justru memberikan pengaruh negatif signifikan.\r\nPada variabel kemiskinan, belanja modal (CGS) dan operasional (OGS)\r\nmenunjukkan pengaruh negatif signifikan, mendukung upaya pengurangan\r\nkemiskinan, berbeda dengan pengaruh positif TGS yang tidak sesuai hipotesis.\r\nDalam hal pengangguran, belanja modal (CGS) dan operasional (OGS) justru\r\nberkontribusi positif signifikan yang berlawanan arah dengan hipotesis, sementara\r\nTGS menurunkan pengangguran sesuai harapan. Ketimpangan pendapatan\r\nmenurun signifikan dengan peningkatan belanja modal (CGS), sedangkan variabel\r\nlain tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Kepadatan penduduk (PD)\r\nberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengangguran dan HDI. Secara\r\nkeseluruhan, belanja modal pemerintah terbukti efektif dalam mendorong\r\npertumbuhan ekonomi, menekan kemiskinan dan ketimpangan, namun pengelolaan\r\nbelanja total dan operasional perlu evaluasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam\r\npembangunan manusia dan penanggulangan pengangguran. Optimalisasi alokasi\r\nbelanja pemerintah sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai pembangunan yang lebih\r\ninklusif dan berkelanjutan.",

      "abstract": "This study aims to analyze the influence of Total Government Expenditure\r\n(TGS), Government Capital Expenditure (CGS), Government Operational\r\nExpenditure (OGS), and Population Density (PD) on macroeconomic performance\r\nacross regions in Indonesia, including economic growth, poverty, unemployment,\r\nincome inequality, and the Human Development Index (HDI). The study employs\r\npanel data estimation using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) over a\r\nspecific period.\r\nThe results reveal that government operational expenditure (OGS) has a\r\npositive and significant impact on economic growth, while total government\r\nexpenditure (TGS) surprisingly exerts a significant negative effect. Regarding\r\npoverty, both capital expenditure (CGS) and operational expenditure (OGS)\r\nsignificantly reduce poverty levels, consistent with expectations, in contrast to the\r\npositive effect of TGS that contradicts the hypothesis. For unemployment, capital\r\n(CGS) and operational expenditures (OGS) unexpectedly contribute positively and\r\nsignificantly, contrary to the hypothesis, whereas TGS reduces unemployment as\r\nanticipated. Income inequality significantly decreases with increased capital\r\nexpenditure (CGS), with other variables showing no significant effects. Population\r\ndensity (PD) positively affects unemployment and HDI. Overall, government\r\ncapital expenditure proves effective in promoting economic growth and reducing\r\npoverty and inequality, but total and operational expenditures require policy\r\nevaluation to enhance their effectiveness in human development and unemployment\r\nreduction. Optimizing government expenditure allocation is imperative to achieve\r\nmore inclusive and sustainable development.",
