The issues discussed are how to apply Article 56 to the crime of\r\nhuman trafficking in Banten Province, as well as how to enforce the law on the\r\ncrime of human trafficking in Banten Province. This type of research is normative\r\nlegal research. Based on the results of the research, the Implementation of Article\r\n56 of the Crime of Human Trafficking in Banten Province requires the\r\ninvolvement of all government sectors, private sector, Banten Human Trafficking\r\nVictim Protection Volunteers, international agencies, community organizations,\r\nand employment opportunities provided by the Banten provincial government.;\r\nLaw Enforcement of Human Trafficking Crimes in Banten Province is based on\r\nLaw Number 21 of 2007 concerning Human Trafficking Crimes. Law enforcement\r\nin Banten Province has not been effective, seen from the results of the Serang\r\nDistrict Court's decision, there are decisions below the minimum and maximum of\r\nArticle 4 exploited outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, punishable\r\nby imprisonment of at least 3 (three) years and a maximum of 15 (fifteen) years\r\nand a fine of at least Rp120,000,000.00 (one hundred and twenty million rupiah)\r\nand a maximum of Rp600,000,000.00 (six hundred million rupiah).
