Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh \r\nadanya fenomena penurunan penjualan serta temuan kesenjangan (research gap) \r\npada penelitian terdahulu terkait inkonsistensi hubungan antar variabel. Metode \r\npenelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan teknik purposive sampling \r\nkepada pemilik mobil listrik Wuling Air EV yang telah menggunakan kendaraan \r\nminimal 6 bulan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan analisis \r\nmenggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji hubungan langsung \r\nmaupun tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1)\r\nKualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Citra Merek; (2) \r\nLayanan Purna Jual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan \r\nKonsumen; (3) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Citra \r\nMerek; (4) Layanan Purna Jual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Citra \r\nMerek; (5) Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan \r\nKonsumen; (6) Citra Merek memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Kualitas Produk \r\nterhadap Kepuasan Konsumen; (7) Citra Merek memediasi secara parsial \r\npengaruh Layanan Purna Jual terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Secara keseluruhan, \r\npenelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan Kualitas Produk dan Layanan \r\nPurna Jual yang didukung Citra Merek yang kuat mampu meningkatkan Kepuasan \r\nkonsumen terhadap mobil listrik Wuling Air EV. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat \r\nmenjadi masukan strategis bagi perusahaan dalam memperkuat daya saing di \r\nindustri mobil listrik.",

      "abstract": "This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality and After-Sales \r\nService on Customer Satisfaction, as well as examine the role of Brand Image as \r\na mediating variable among consumers of the Wuling Air EV in Cikupa, \r\nTangerang Regency. The research is motivated by the decline in sales and the \r\nexistence of research gaps in previous studies, particularly regarding the \r\ninconsistent finfings on the relationships among the variables. A quantitative \r\nresearch method was employed using a purposive sampling technique targeting \r\nWuling Air EV owners who have used the vehicle for at least three months. Data \r\nwere collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square \r\n(PLS) to evaluate both direct and indirect relationships between variables. The \r\nresults indicate that: (1) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on \r\nCustomer Satisfaction; (2) After-Sales Service has a positive and significant effect \r\non Customer Satisfaction; (3) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect \r\non Brand Image; (4) After-Sales Service has a positive and significant effect on \r\nBrand Image; (5) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Customer \r\nSatisfaction; (6) Brand Image partially mediates the influence of Product Quality \r\non Customer Satisfaction; and (7) Brand Image partially mediates the influence of \r\nAfter-Sales Service on Customer Satisfaction. Overall, the findings reinforce that \r\nimproved product quality and after-sales service, supported by a strong brand \r\nimage, significantly enchance consumer’s customer satisfaction toward the \r\nWuling Air EV.
