Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh curah hujan dan suhu udara terhadap kasus asma di Kabupaten Tangerang selama periode 2013-2022. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Stasiun Meteorologi Kelas III Budiarto – Curug dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tangerang. Analisis ini dilakukan melalui uji regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa curah hujan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penyakit asma, dengan nilai R^2 sebesar 0,192 dan signifikan 0,963. Sementara itu, suhu udara memberikan kontribusi 0,16% Secara simultan, curah hujan dan suhu udara hanya berkontribusi sebesar 19,4% terhadap kasus asma sehingga variabel lingkungan lainnya diperkirakan menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan risiko eksaserbasi asma, terutama melalui mekanisme paparan polutan dan perubahan kondisi atmosfer yang memengaruhi saluran pernapasan. memengaruhi kondisi tersebut. This study aims to analyze the effect of rainfall and air temperature on asthma cases in Tangerang Regency during the period 2013-2022. The study use a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the Budiarto – Curug Class III Meteorological Station and the Tangerang Regency Health Office. The analysis was conduct using multiple linear regression testing with SPSS 26. The results show that rainfall had no significant effect on asthma, with an R^2 value of 0.192 and a significance of 0.963. Meanwhile, air temperature contribute 0.16%. Simultaneously, rainfall and air temperature only contribute 19,4% to asthma, suggesting that other environmental variables likely play a significant role in increasing the risk of asthma exacerbation, particularly through exposure to pollutants and changes in atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory tract. affect these conditions.
