description: Weather variations and climate change are often associated with an increased risk of respiratory disorders, including asthma. This study aims to analyze the effect of rainfall and air temperature on asthma cases in Tangerang Regency during the period 2013-2022. The study use a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the Budiarto – Curug Class III Meteorological Station and the Tangerang Regency Health Office. The analysis was conduct using multiple linear regression testing with SPSS 26. The results show that rainfall had no significant effect on asthma, with an R^2  value of  0.192 and a significance of 0.963. Meanwhile, air temperature contribute 0.16%. Simultaneously, rainfall and air temperature only contribute 19,4% to asthma, suggesting that other environmental variables likely play a significant role in increasing the risk of asthma exacerbation, particularly through exposure to pollutants and changes in atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory tract. affect these conditions. In conclusion, rainfall and air temperature do not have a significant effect on asthma in Tangerang Regency, so further analysis is need to include other climatic and environmental factors.
