Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimasi waste dan human effort menggunakan pendekatan lean ergonomics. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi waste menggunakan kuesioner, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Nordic Body Map (NBM), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), dan Activity Relationship Chart (ARC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waste tertinggi adalah waste motion dan waste transportation dengan persentase masing-masing sebesar 19%. Skor NBM rata-rata sebesar 43 termasuk kategori risiko rendah, sedangkan skor RULA sebesar 5 menunjukkan risiko sedang pada aktivitas pemindahan produk dari gudang ke rak, dengan aktivitas Non–Value Added (NVA) dominan berupa perpindahan antar rak yang berjauhan. Hasil ARC menunjukkan penataan produk yang lebih terstruktur dengan mendekatkan produk toiletries dalam satu area rak serta mengelompokkan produk food dan non-food sesuai kategorinya. Usulan perbaikan berupa penggunaan troli dorong dan perubahan tata letak produk menurunkan skor RULA menjadi 3, waktu proses dari 488,64 detik menjadi 442,33 detik, serta jarak perpindahan dari 50,71meter menjadi 46,69 meter. abstract: Mitra Pesona Store has a product layout that is not yet optimal, particularly in the toiletries category, which is distributed across several rack areas, resulting in repetitive employee movements and manual product handling from the storage area to the shelves without assistive tools. This study aims to minimize waste and human effort using a lean ergonomics approach. The methods used include waste identification through questionnaires, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Nordic Body Map (NBM), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), and Activity Relationship Chart (ARC). The results show that the highest wastes are motion waste and transportation waste, each accounting for 19%. The average NBM score is 43, indicating a low-risk category, while the RULA score is 5, indicating a moderate risk level in product transfer activities from the storage area to the shelves, with dominant non–value added (NVA) activities in the form of long-distance movements between racks. The ARC results indicate a more structured product layout by placing toiletries in a single rack area and grouping food and non-food products according to their categories.
