This study aims to minimize waste and human effort using a lean ergonomics approach. The methods used include waste identification through questionnaires, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Nordic Body Map (NBM), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), and Activity Relationship Chart (ARC). The results show that the highest wastes are motion waste and transportation waste, each accounting for 19%. The average NBM score is 43, indicating a low-risk category, while the RULA score is 5, indicating a moderate risk level in product transfer activities from the storage area to the shelves, with dominant non–value added (NVA) activities in the form of long-distance movements between racks. The ARC results indicate a more structured product layout by placing toiletries in a single rack area and grouping food and non-food products according to their categories.
