	bibo:abstract "Pengelolaan data trayek angkutan umum memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung tertib administrasi dan pengawasan transportasi. Di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Cilegon, proses pendataan trayek angkutan masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Access, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakefisienan, kesalahan pencatatan, serta keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pendataan trayek angkutan berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kemudahan pengelolaan data angkutan umum. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Agile. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan framework Flask serta basis data MySQL. Sistem dirancang dengan dua peran pengguna, yaitu staf dan kepala staf, serta dilengkapi fitur manajemen data angkutan, pencetakan dokumen administratif, notifikasi masa berlaku dokumen, dan pencatatan log aktivitas pengguna. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode White Box Testing dan Black Box Testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi dan alur logika sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi usability memperoleh nilai indeks sebesar 94,06% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak.
