However, many BUMDes have not been managed optimally due to weak strategic planning, limited human resources, low community participation, and ineffective monitoring and evaluation systems. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the BUMDes management strategy in Teluk Terate Village, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency, focusing on the aspects of developing strategy, organizing resources, implementing strategy, and evaluating and controlling. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Research informants consist of the village government, BUMDes administrators, community leaders, and other related parties. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by SWOT analysis to map strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results indicate that the implementation of the BUMDes management strategy has demonstrated efforts in business development and partnership, but has not yet proceeded optimally. The main problems identified include limited managerial capacity of the administrators, low community participation, dependence on village funds, and the lack of an established sustainable system for financial transparency and accountability. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta didukung dengan analisis SWOT untuk memetakan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi pengelolaan BUMDes telah menunjukkan upaya pengembangan usaha dan kemitraan, namun belum berjalan secara optimal. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan kapasitas manajerial pengurus, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, ketergantungan pada dana desa, serta belum terbangunnya sistem transparansi dan akuntabilitas keuangan yang berkelanjutan.
