%T PENGEMBANGAN E-LKPD BERBASIS ETNO-STEM PENGOLAHAN SATE BANDENG TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PESERTA DIDIK SMP KELAS VIII %O Penelitian ini didasari oleh permasalahan rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dan kurangnya bahan ajar interaktif yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan analisis permasalahan maka dikembangkanlah bahan ajar interaktif berbasis Etno-STEM yang dirancang sebagai bahan ajar pendukung dalam menunjang kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai validitas dan respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD berbasis Etno-STEM pada pengolahan sate bandeng. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE, yang meliputi lima tahapan: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validasi dari para ahli dan angket respon peserta didik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD ini memiliki tingkat validitas yang sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 91,5% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Valid” hal ini diperoleh dari validasi ahli bahan ajar, ahli materi, dan ahli praktisi atau guru IPA SMP. Setelah direvisi, produk diujicobakan secara terbatas kepada peserta didik dan memperoleh respon dengan persentase 86,8% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Baik”. Based on the analysis of the problem, interactive teaching materials based on Ethno-STEM were developed which were designed as supporting teaching materials to support the critical thinking skills of junior high school students. This study aims to assess the validity and response of students to ELKPD based on Ethno-STEM in processing milkfish satay. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model approach, which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research instruments include validation sheets from experts and student response questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The results of the study show that this E-LKPD has a very high level of validity with an average score of 91.5% which is included in the "Very Valid" category. This was obtained from validation by teaching material experts, material experts, and expert practitioners or junior high school science teachers. After revision, the product was piloted on a limited basis with students and received a response rate of 86.8%, which was categorized as "Good." Based on these results, the E-LKPD was declared suitable for use as a teaching material.
