Perkembangan tersebut menuntut pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi yang berlandaskan prinsip yang tepat dan mudah diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis makanan dan minuman yang dibawa anak sebagai bekal harian ke sekolah, menelaah kendala yang dialami orang tua dalam menyiapkan bekal dengan kandungan gizi seimbang, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi konsistensi pihak sekolah dalam membiasakan peserta didik membawa bekal sesuai prinsip gizi seimbang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini mencakup kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makanan dan minuman yang dibawa anak sebagai bekal belum sepenuhnya memenuhi prinsip gizi seimbang. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar orang tua tidak menghadapi kendala yang signifikan dalam menyiapkan bekal bagi anak. Konsistensi pihak sekolah dalam membiasakan peserta didik membawa bekal bergizi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain tingkat pemahaman pendidik, pelaksanaan program di sekolah, serta dukungan dari warga sekolah. abstract: Understanding of healthy consumption patterns continues to evolve along with advances in science and technology. This development demands that nutritional needs be met based on appropriate principles that are easy to apply in everyday life. This study aims to identify the various types of food and beverages that children bring as daily supplies to school, examine the obstacles parents face in preparing nutritionally balanced supplies, and analyze factors that influence schools' consistency in encouraging students to bring supplies according to the principles of balanced nutrition. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data sources in this study included school principals, teachers, and parents of students. The results show that the food and beverages brought as supplies do not fully meet the principles of balanced nutrition. However, most parents do not face significant obstacles in preparing supplies for their children.
