Supervisor Ila Rosmilawati, M.Sc., Ph.D., and Supervisor II Herlina Siregar, M.Pd.
This study aims to comprehensively analyze (1) the implementation of flexible learning in the equivalency education program at Al-Kahfi Community Learning
Center in Serang City. (2) Identify its impact on students. Flexible learning provides students with the flexibility to determine the time, place, and method of learning,
making it suitable for those with limited access to formal education. (3) Also examine the advantages and disadvantages of flexible learning in the learning process. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that flexible learning is implemented through adaptive scheduling, the use of digital media, a blended learning model, and the provision of independent assignments. Positive impacts found include increased learning motivation, independence, and learning accessibility. However, obstacles remain, such as limited technological devices, low digital literacy, and irregular attendance. These
findings confirm that flexible learning can be an effective solution if supported by adequate facilities, mentoring, and technology training.
