This study aims to determine the effect of sociodrama techniques on students' interpersonal communication skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. The subjects of this study were 9 7th grade students of SMPN 1 Pasar Kemis who were selected through a purposive sampling method. Data were obtained through an interpersonal communication questionnaire with 5 aspects: openness, empathy, supportiveness, positiveness, equality or similarity. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' interpersonal communication skills after being given treatment through sociodrama techniques. The average value of students' interpersonal communication skills increased from 29.22 to 40.56. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test obtained an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.008. Based on the hypothesis decision-making process, the value of 0.008 is smaller than 0.05, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the Sociodrama Technique has an effect on the Interpersonal Communication Skills of Students of SMPN 1 Pasar Kemis in the 2024/2025 academic year. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 9 siswa kelas 7 SMPN 1 Pasar Kemis yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui angket komunikasi interpersonal dengan 5 aspek : keterbukaan (openess), empati (empathy), sikap mendukung (supportiviness), sikap positif (positivenes), kesetaraan atau kesamaan (equality). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa yang cukup signifikan setelah diberikan treatment melalui teknik sosiodrama. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa meningkat dari 29,22 menjadi 40,56. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.008. Berdasarkan proses pengambilan keputusan hipotesis, nilai 0.008 lebih kecil dari 0.05, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima. Maka dengan demikian Teknik Sosiodrama berpengaruh terhadap Kemampuan Komunikasi Interpersonal Siswa SMPN 1 Pasar Kemis tahun ajaran 2024/2025.
