Guidance and Counseling, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University.\r\n\r\nThis study aims to determine the effect of sociodrama techniques on students' interpersonal communication skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. The subjects of this study were 9 7th grade students of SMPN 1 Pasar Kemis who were selected through a purposive sampling method. Data were obtained through an interpersonal communication questionnaire with 5 aspects: openness, empathy, supportiveness, positiveness, equality or similarity. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' interpersonal communication skills after being given treatment through sociodrama techniques. The average value of students' interpersonal communication skills increased from 29.22 to 40.56. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test obtained an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.008. Based on the hypothesis decision-making process, the value of 0.008 is smaller than 0.05, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the Sociodrama Technique has an effect on the Interpersonal Communication Skills of Students of SMPN 1 Pasar Kemis in the 2024/2025 academic year.\r\n\r\nKeywords: Interpersonal Communication, Sociodrama Technique"^^xsd:string;
