The primary issue identified at MTsN 5 Tangerang is that Indonesian language learning media remains static and fails to accommodate diverse learning styles (Visual, Auditory, Audio-Visual, and Kinesthetic—VAAVK). This study employs the Design Thinking approach to develop a web-based learning media that is centered on student needs. The system was developed using the Laravel framework (PHP) and MySQL database. Key features include content management supporting all VAAVK learning style formats, ranging from textual and video materials to anti-cheat quiz modules accompanied by background audio. The functional testing results using Black-Box Testing showed 100% success across all scenarios, validating that the system is ready for implementation. The primary contribution of this research is the creation of a web-based learning media that explicitly supports material adaptation based on the four main learning styles, providing a more personalized and effective learning experience in the era of character education.QA75 Electronic computers.
