Kondisi ini berpotensi melampaui standar Minimum Connecting Time (MCT) dan meningkatkan risiko insiden salah penanganan bagasi. Sistem traceability berbasis Real Time Location System (RTLS) dan RFID dirancang untuk memitigasi tantangan tersebut. Melalui integrasi pendekatan Value Chain Analysis (VCA) untuk mendiagnosis hambatan (bottleneck) pada proses manual dan pemodelan matematis LINGO sebagai acuan target waktu optimal, sistem ini dikembangkan dengan tujuan meningkatkan transparansi operasional. Hasil simulasi mengindikasikan adanya potensi perbaikan kinerja, di mana waktu transfer terestimasi mengalami reduksi sebesar 36,68% menjadi 24,86 menit, disertai proyeksi peningkatan akurasi data hingga 99,80%.
