description: Background: Choking is a life-threatening emergency that requires quick and appropriate treatment. Good knowledge is expected to shape students' positive attitudes in handling choking using the Back Blow and Abdominal Thrust methods. Objective: To determine the relationship between students' knowledge and attitudes in handling choking using the Back Blow and Abdominal Thrust methods in 9th grade students of MTs Nurul Hidayah Kronjo in 2025. Method: This study used an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The research instruments were a Guttman scale knowledge questionnaire and a Likert scale attitude questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the Chi-Square test. Results: Most respondents had good knowledge (79.2%) and good attitudes (63.6%). The results of the Chi- Square test showed a significant relationship between students' knowledge and attitudes in handling choking (p-value ≤ 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between students' knowledge and attitudes in handling choking using the Back Blow and Abdominal Thrust methods.
