"This study focuses on evaluating the Policy for Accelerating Stunting Reduction through the Stunting Risk Family Approach in Serang District, Serang City. The Stunting Risk Family Approach is one of the strategies for preventing and accelerating the reduction of stunting rates, which focuses on improving the quality of family life, ensuring adequate nutritional intake, improving child-rearing practices, increasing access to and improving the quality of health services, and expanding access to clean water and proper sanitation. Through this approach, it is hoped that interventions will not only be curative but also preventive and sustainable. This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation and evaluation results of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Policy using the Stunting Risk Family Approach in Serang District, Serang City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The theory used as the basis for analysis is the policy evaluation theory according to Badjuri and Yuwono. The results of the study show that the implementation of stunting risk family management in order to accelerate the reduction of stunting has not been optimal. This is due to the ineffective and inefficient implementation of activities in the field, limited available resources, and uneven and incomplete distribution of assistance. In addition, there are still obstacles in terms of the acceptance and openness of the target group towards the team, as well as the lack of strong synergy between related parties. Based on these findings, the recommendations are the need to strengthen commitment to focus more attention on all target groups, improve the equitable distribution of assistance to families at risk of stunting, and harmonize cooperation, communication, and coordination among relevant parties so that the implementation of this policy can be more effective and sustainable."^^ .
