Namun demikian, perkembangan sektor ini masih dihadapkan pada sejumlah kendala, antara lain struktur pasar yang relatif terkonsentrasi, keterbatasan infrastruktur pendukung, serta meningkatnya intensitas persaingan antarperusahaan. Kondisi tersebut menuntut adanya kajian yang komprehensif untuk memahami industri BEV dari perspektif struktur pasar, perilaku pelaku usaha, dan kinerja industri.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis industri mobil BEV di Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structure–Conduct–Performance (SCP), serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan perusahaan melalui analisis SWOT dan bauran pemasaran (Marketing Mix 4P). Data yang digunakan mencakup data sekunder periode 2020–2025 yang diperoleh dari Gabungan Industri Kendaraan Bermotor Indonesia (GAIKINDO), Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), dan Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia, serta data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada para ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur pasar industri BEV cenderung berbentuk oligopoli dengan tingkat konsentrasi yang tinggi. Perilaku perusahaan ditandai oleh penerapan strategi harga yang kompetitif, diferensiasi produk, serta ekspansi distribusi dan promosi. Dari sisi kinerja, industri memperlihatkan tren pertumbuhan pendapatan yang positif. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, BYD dan Wuling Motors berada pada posisi strategi pertumbuhan agresif, sehingga diperlukan penguatan inovasi pada aspek produk, harga, distribusi, dan promosi guna meningkatkan daya saing industri BEV di Indonesia abstract: The battery electric vehicle (BEV) industry in Indonesia has experienced substantial expansion in line with the government’s commitment to accelerating the energy transition. Despite this progress, the sector continues to encounter several constraints, including a concentrated market structure, insufficient supporting infrastructure, and intensifying rivalry among firms. Accordingly, a thorough analysis is required to assess the industry from the perspectives of market structure, firm conduct, and overall performance.This research examines the BEV passenger car industry in Indonesia using the Structure–Conduct–Performance (SCP) framework and develops strategic recommendations through SWOT analysis and the 4P Marketing Mix approach. The study utilizes secondary data covering the 2020–2025 period obtained from Gabungan Industri Kendaraan Bermotor Indonesia (GAIKINDO), Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), and Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia, complemented by primary data collected through interviews and expert questionnaires. The findings reveal that the BEV industry exhibits an oligopolistic market structure with a relatively high concentration level. Firm conduct is reflected in competitive pricing policies, product differentiation strategies, and the expansion of distribution channels and promotional activities. In terms of performance, the industry demonstrates a positive trend in revenue growth.
