N2  - This research is motivated by the absence of a digital information system to manage alumni data for the Informatics Study Program at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (UNTIRTA). This study aims to design and develop a web-based alumni information system capable of increasing data collection efficiency, encouraging active alumni participation through interactive features, and providing an intuitive and responsive interface for users.
The system development utilizes the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Agile model, which encompasses the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment phases. The application is built using the Next.js framework, supported by Tailwind CSS and Ant Design for the user interface. Database management utilizes MySQL managed on the Aiven platform, while the application is deployed via the Vercel service.
The results of functional testing using Black Box Testing and structural testing using White Box Testing demonstrate that the system functions according to the design and is free from logical errors. The usability evaluation conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method yielded an average score of 89.77, falling into the 'Best Imaginable' category. Furthermore, user satisfaction analysis using descriptive statistical techniques resulted in a rating within the 'Very Good' category. Based on these results, the Inforta alumni information system is considered feasible and effective in supporting alumni data management at the Informatics Study Program, UNTIRTA.

N1  - Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum tersedianya sistem informasi digital untuk mengelola data alumni Program Studi Informatika Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (UNTIRTA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi alumni berbasis web yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pendataan, mendorong partisipasi aktif alumni melalui fitur interaktif, serta menyediakan antarmuka yang intuitif dan responsif bagi pengguna.
Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Agile yang mencakup tahap perancangan, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, dan peluncuran. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan framework Next.js didukung Tailwind CSS dan Ant Design pada sisi antarmuka pengguna. Adapun pengelolaan basis data menggunakan MySQL yang dikelola pada platform Aiven, sementara aplikasi disebarkan (deployed) melalui layanan Vercel.
Hasil pengujian fungsional dengan metode Black Box Testing dan pengujian struktural dengan metode White Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai rancangan dan bebas dari kesalahan logika. Pada evaluasi usabilitas yang dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor rata-rata 89,77 dengan kategori ?Best Imaginable?. Selain itu, pada analisis kepuasan pengguna menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif menghasilkan nilai dengan kategori ?Sangat Baik?. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, sistem informasi alumni Inforta dinilai layak dalam mendukung pengelolaan data alumni di Program Studi Informatika UNTIRTA.
